4. Agents use the app MagiScan® on their smartphone to select their department and scan labels that are automatically verified with the asset database. Agents can also add additional data, take photos of damaged goods, and see which assets are still missing in real-time.
5. Coordinators can access the data and photos from multiple agents in real time. They can see which assets remain unscanned and can look at photos from damaged labels or assets to find solutions. They can also manage the agents.
